Mosaic Pro is a screenshot-redaction tool provided by its developer, reachable at stayhpjing@gmail.com. These terms describe the editing, account and credit-purchase service.

Your images and editing

Use Mosaic only with content you are entitled to process and share, and comply with applicable law. You retain your rights in your images. Manual editing runs on your device. Save or export work before closing or refreshing the editor; unsaved work can be lost.

Optional AI

AI requires an account, available credit and your agreement to the upload notice. The image and selected detection rules are sent through Mosaic's service to the disclosed model provider. AI can miss sensitive content or place masks incorrectly. Review the entire exported image before sharing; using the tool does not establish that an image is free of sensitive information.

Accounts

Google handles authentication. Keep your Google account and browser profile secure. Mosaic uses verified identity and email to associate your account, welcome trial and credits. The welcome credit is available once per eligible account. Signing out or uninstalling does not itself delete server-side account or billing records.

Credits and checkout

Manual editing is free. Optional AI credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The extension and Stripe Checkout display the selected pack and amount before payment. A successful AI analysis uses 1 credit, including an analysis that finds no sensitive content. Confirmed analysis failures return reserved credit. If an outcome is temporarily unknown, Mosaic queries the original request to confirm its result; an open checkout or return page alone does not confirm payment or grant credits.

For payment errors or a refund request, email support with the order reference and account email. Do not send card numbers, passwords or access tokens. Requests are reviewed against the payment and credit records. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Appropriate use and service changes

Do not attempt to bypass account authorization, manipulate credit balances or interfere with other users' service. Features may change and external providers can be unavailable. Changes affecting prices or permissions are presented in the relevant purchase or consent flow before the new action.
